The last 6 months have just gone in a blur with so much happening. Early February we went on our first cruise, 14 nights around New Zealand, which was absolutely fantastic.
While we were away Craig started to get some niggling pains in his knee and when he went back to work he was in so much pain he was hobbling around. So in May he had to have a meniscus tear repair in his knee. After 9 weeks off of work he was back at work for a week then fell over and dislocated and broke his thumb!
Then last Saturday our son Tim was in a head on car accident on the way to work. Thankfully, he is fine, it could have been a lot worse.
We joked that Craig and Tim were trying to out do each other with their hand splints!
So the last week has been spent taking him to appointments and organising paperwork. Fortunately I can work from home so can fit it all in around work.
As well as all of this, in the background have been some health issues with my dad and also house hunting to find a suitable property to house us and my parents in a granny flat.
At the moment we have put this on hold as we all need to just take a step back and regroup from the last few. I this.
In October we are going to Singapore and Thailand for a holiday. Looking forward to relaxing by the beach!

My goodness! You have been in the wars. So lucky that Craig is OK, when you look at his car. They say things come in threes, so here's hoping things will be on the up for you all now. I think you will deserve your next holiday.
what a time you have had sounds like your holiday can't come fast enough
Wow that's a decent bit of damage to his car, thank goodness he's ok. Sounds like that holiday to Singapore and Thailand is much needed.
