I have been sewing...really I have!!

I have made these blocks for a blog swap for a rainbow quilt. There are 9 blocks in total, each a different colour, so my colour was dark blue. They are now on their way to the US, to be swapped out. The block is called "The Dandy Quilt".
Tomorrow I am heading off bright and early with JoJo from Home Sweet Home for a trip to Nundle to be part of the Girls Day In The Country. I went last year and had a fantastic weekend, met a lot of bloggers and looking forward to catching up with them again this year. The guest teachers are Leanne Beasley & Rosalie Quinlan, so we are all waiting to see what gorgeous projects they have designed for us this year.

Wow, you have made your blocks already - I am hoping to get some fabrics tomorrow, so I'm way behind!
Hey, all you girls at Nundle had better have a toast to me - oh, I wish I could be there!
Hugs - Lurline♥
