We then went up to Hargraves Lookout and looked over the Megalong Valley, just spectacular.
We also had a look in the Hydro Majestic, an art deco hotel on the ridge of the valley.
The annual garden festival was on in Leura so here are some pics of the gorgeous gardens & flowers.

And of course I visited the patchwork shop - Picklemouse Corner and bought some fabric!

Wow, the countryside is great. It was strange to see tulips as we are just coming into winter here
The tea room looks like worht a visit.
gotta love a country town.. and one with a quilt shop is even better!!! have only been to Leura once and I wasn't allowed to stop (had three whinging kids and a mother who was on a mission!!!)
