Today I had a quiet house to myself for a few hours so I caught up on a few things.
I made these 2 charity blocks for Quilts for Comfort, a wonderful idea of making quilts for siblings of children with illnesses. Often these children are overlooked as a lot of attention goes into the sick child so this is something to make them feel a bit special.

I also traced some stitcheries for some gifts

And I came across some Friendship star blocks from a yahoo group swap and thought I would tackle those and put them together for a quilt top but there was so many varying sizes (they were supposed to be 12.5") that I decided it was all too hard and put them back into the paper bag!!
Need to do some more on Khris's bag but I have to pick up Craig soon. Hmmm, those hours went too quick!!

Glad you got some sewing done. I know what you mean about some swap blocks varying in sizes, it is frustrating. I usually just sew them together best I can and go for a 'rustic' look.
What a great idea!!! Your blocks look fantastic and so does the design for the stitchery.
