Guess What???

We have negotiated with someone from the open house on Saturday and we signed contracts today!! So it is still conditional but hopeful everything will go fine.
And the good thing is that part of the negotiation was that could rent the house back from them for a couple of months while we find something else. So we don't have to move twice!! All good!
I think we are still in shock that it was so quick!

 

Where have I been.......

Our house is finally on the market, a bit later than we had planned but hey that's life lol.
Had the first open house today......sitting back now and waiting for all the offers to come flooding in!!!! I can dream can't I LOL
